本项试验研究内容涉及矿石溶浸化学,微生物学,浸出动力学,布液参数优化,集液工程设计,井下防渗注浆,浸出液湿法提铜,矿山环境监测及全流程成本控制等多个方面。通过在寿王坟铜矿所开展的工业化试验,实现了就地生物浸出技术工业化应用的重大突破,形成了“就地喷淋,细菌浸出,耙道收液,湿法提铜”技术特色的成套地下生物浸出提铜技术,取得了先进的技术经济指标,电铜成本比常规采选冶方法降低近一半。
