The competition of enterprises in the 21st century has turned to the competition of talents. For airlines, the globalization trend, the challenges after joining WTO, the development of information technology and the wave of mergers and acquisitions of large scale operation of civil aviation make them face unprecedented changes and fierce competition. In order to realize the steady growth of the Company’s economy, The establishment of business continuity advantage of competition, the development and management of airline human resources has been elevated to a strategic height to be considered and studied.
