分析了邯钢邯宝炼钢厂连铸车间生产SS400钢种黏结漏钢的原因,通过优化结晶器水流量,使用改良后的西峡龙成XX-3D保护渣,使坯壳在结晶器内的传热以及润滑得到了有效改善,明显降低了黏结的概率。通过改进结晶器漏钢预报热电偶,能准确及时预报黏结给连铸机的MBPS自动化控制系统,黏结漏钢预报准确度在90%以上。使SS400钢种黏结漏钢率大幅降低,直至基本消除。
The reasons for producing SS400 steel bond leakage in the continuous casting workshop of Handan Iron and Steel Plant in Handan Iron and Steel Company were analyzed. The modified Xixia Longcheng XX-3D mold flux was used to optimize the water flow in the mold. Heat transfer and lubrication have been effectively improved, significantly reducing the probability of bonding. By improving the mold thermocouple breakout forecasting, the MBPS automatic control system for the caster can be accurately and timely predicted. The prediction accuracy of the bonded breakout is over 90%. SS40 steel bond leakage rate significantly reduced until the basic elimination.
