目的:研究微孔草总油对大鼠实验性高脂血症的降脂作用。方法:采用喂养法建立动物模型,测定生化指标。结果:微孔草总油可明显降低肝及血清胆固醇、甘油三酯及血清丙二醛的含量,明显提高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与总胆固醇的比值。结论:本研究为微孔草总油的开发应用提供了重要依据
OBJECTIVE: To study the lipid-lowering effect of total oil of Microporousgrass on experimental hyperlipidemia in rats. Methods: Animal models were established by feeding method to determine biochemical indicators. RESULTS: The total oil of Microporousgrass can significantly reduce liver and serum cholesterol, triglyceride and serum malondialdehyde, and significantly increase the ratio of serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol to total cholesterol. Conclusion: This study provides an important basis for the development and application of microporous grass total oil
