中国电视自从诞生之日起,就开始着手开展对外传播。在1992年之前,我国电视对外传播经历了包括初创期在内的不同阶段。初创期是指“文革”结束后到1992年这段时间;在这个时期,中国电视处在一个特殊的恢复阶段,同时也开始积极探索对外传播的路径和方略。与此同时,这个时期的电视对外传播事业的具体执行者主要是中央电视台。虽然当时囿于经济实力、人才和技术等方面的限制,我国仍积极开展电视对外传播,大力推进“出国片”和“合拍片”等相关工作,也取得了较为积极的效果。其中不乏一些有价值的举措和方法,仍值得今天参考和借鉴。
Since the birth of China’s television, it has begun to carry out external communications. Before 1992, the external communication of television in our country experienced different stages including the initial stage. The start-up period refers to the period from 1992 till the end of the “Cultural Revolution.” During this period, China Television was in a special stage of recovery and at the same time began to actively explore ways and strategies for its spread abroad. In the meantime, the specific executor of the television broadcasting business in this period was mainly CCTV. Although limited by the economic strength, talent and technology at that time, our country still actively carried out the external communication of television and vigorously promoted relevant work such as “going abroad” and “co-production”, and also achieved relatively positive results. Some of these valuable initiatives and methods are still worthy of reference today.
