目的探讨电话回访式健康教育联合自我管理教育在出院慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonarydiseases,COPD)患者中的应用。方法选取198名COPD患者随机分为对照组与观察组各99例。对照组采用常规出院指导,观察组在此基础上实施出院后电话回访式健康教育联合自我管理教育,观察两组患者在出院1年后自我管理、生活质量及再入院情况。结果观察组患者的自我管理能力和生活质量均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的再入院率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施电话回访式健康教育联合自我管理教育明显提高COPD出院患者的自我管理能力和生活质量,降低再入院率。
Objective To investigate the application of telephone interview-based health education combined with self-management education in discharged patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods A total of 198 patients with COPD were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 99 cases each. In the control group, regular discharge guidance was used. On the basis of this, the observation group implemented self-management education on telephone-return health education after discharge and observed the self-management, quality of life and re-admission after 1 year of discharge. Results The self-management ability and quality of life of the observation group were higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The readmission rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of self-management education on telephone callback health education significantly improves the self-management ability and quality of life of discharged patients with COPD and reduces the rate of re-admission.
