对于单层厂房的插层改造方式,通常分为内建子结构法和直接插层法两种方式。后者因改造较为简单而被广泛采用,但由此亦会增加额外的荷载而需要对原结构进行加固。隔震支座因具有优良的隔震效果已被应用于隔震工程,通过将其引入到直接插层法中,基于算例对其减震效果进行分析,并采用能量平衡原理进行讨论。结构表明隔震支座的引入能较大地改善插层后结构的抗震性能,可推广至此类结构的改造设计。
For single-storey plant intercalation transformation methods, usually divided into built-in substructure method and direct intercalation method in two ways. The latter has been widely adopted due to the simpler and simpler retrofitting, but this also adds extra load and requires the reinforcement of the original structure. Because of its excellent isolation effect, the isolation bearing has been applied to the isolation engineering. By introducing it into the direct intercalation method, the damping effect of the isolation bearing is analyzed based on an example, and the energy balance principle is discussed. The structure shows that the introduction of isolation bearings can greatly improve the seismic performance of the intercalated structure, which can be extended to the design of such structures.
