1979～1983年我们见到真性红细胞增多症(真红)由短暂性脑缺血发作到完全性卒中者3例,较为少见,现报告于下。
From 1979 to 1983, we saw polycythemia vera (true red) from transient ischemic attack to complete stroke in 3 cases, is relatively rare, are reported below.
