本文基于对有经向间隙和无任向间隙两种情况下叶栅二次流造成边界层内叶片力的偏转的分析建立了计算叶片力亏损的模型。文中给出了由瑞壁边界层叶片力亏损计算压气机效率的方法。用上述方法对两台轮流压气机和一个进口导向叶片排计算了端壁边界层厚度,得到了环面堵塞系数,计算了一台压气机的效率。对计算结果的分析表明,用这种方法可见得到较合理的计算结果。
In this paper, based on the analysis of the deflection of the blade force in the boundary layer caused by the cascade secondary flow with and without clearance, a model for calculating the blade force loss is established. In this paper, a method of calculating the compressor efficiency from the blade force loss at the boundary layer of Ruibai is given. Using the above method, the thickness of the boundary layer of the end wall was calculated for two rotary compressors and an inlet guide vane row. The toroidal plugging coefficient was obtained and the efficiency of a compressor was calculated. Analysis of the calculation results show that this method can be seen more reasonable calculation results.
