心力衰竭常是心脏病的最终结局。近年来心力衰竭的发病率有逐年增高的趋势,故血管扩张剂亦在心力衰竭的治疗中广泛应用,并取得了较为满意的疗效。现将我科3年来用酚妥拉明治疗顽固性心力衰竭50例,取得了较为满意的疗效报告如下。1 材料与方法1.1 一般资料:1991年9月～1994年9月收治顽固性心力衰竭50例。男性患者34例,女性16例,年龄21～78岁。其中,慢性肺原性心脏病15例,高血压性心脏病16例,冠心病12例,风湿性心脏病7例。
Heart failure is often the ultimate outcome of heart disease. In recent years, the incidence of heart failure has increased year by year trend, vasodilators are also widely used in the treatment of heart failure and achieved more satisfactory results. Now 3 years of our department with phentolamine treatment of refractory heart failure in 50 cases, and achieved more satisfactory results reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information: September 1991 ~ September 1994 admitted 50 cases of refractory heart failure. 34 cases of male patients, 16 females, aged 21 to 78 years old. Among them, 15 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease, hypertensive heart disease in 16 cases, 12 cases of coronary heart disease, rheumatic heart disease in 7 cases.
