在当今的教育格局下,社会上对教师工作和学生成绩的评价更多地体现在学生考试成绩的高低上。因而面对考试成绩不理想的学生时,往往采取耳提面命式的补课加机械重复和大量练习,不过常常事倍功半。问题的症结其实就出在思维的方式上--学生的思维与教师的思维不同步,不协调,有的学生甚至还没有建立较好的思维方法,正迫切需要教师的点拨和培养。教师在课堂上为学生提供一些条件,帮助他们培养和提高思维能力,是基础教育不可推卸的责任。因此,有必要以学科知识为载体,在课堂上进行思维能力的培养。以下是笔者的一些粗浅认识和做法。
In today's education pattern, the evaluation of teachers' work and student achievement in society is reflected in the level of student test scores. Therefore, the face of unsatisfactory test scores students often use face-lift lessons plus mechanical repetition and a lot of practice, but often times less effective. In fact, the crux of the problem lies in the way of thinking - students' thinking and thinking of teachers are not synchronized, uncoordinated, and some students have not even established a better way of thinking. They are urgently requiring teachers to teach and train students. Teachers in the classroom to provide students with some conditions to help them develop and improve their thinking skills, is an unshirkable responsibility of basic education. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the cultivation of thinking ability in the classroom based on the subject knowledge. The following is the author of some superficial understanding and practice.
