采用同时蒸馏萃取法和气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)法对扁枝衣挥发性成分进行了分析鉴定,鉴定出扁枝衣中47种挥发性成分,占总峰面积的70.96%;其主要挥发性成分为:w(苯酚)=30.64%、w(15-十七碳烯醛)=12.28%、w(2,4-二羟基-3,6-二甲基苯甲酸甲酯)=4.53%、w(1,13-十四碳二烯)=4.45%、w(亚油酸)=2.15%、w(棕榈酸)=1.91%、w(植物醇)=1.60%、w(十五醛)=1.39%等。该文报告工作的新颖性,已为云南省科学技术情报研究所于2008年12月19日出具的第(2008)53b2001499号《科技查新报告》所证实。
Simultaneous distillation and extraction and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) methods were used to analyze and identify the volatile constituents of P. densiflora. 47 volatile constituents were identified in the flat branch clothing, accounting for 70.96% of the total peak area; The volatile components were: w (phenol) = 30.64%, w (15 heptadecenen) = 12.28%, and w (methyl 2,4-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethylbenzoate) = 4.53 %, w (1,13-tetradecadiene) = 4.45%, w (linoleic acid) = 2.15%, w (palmitic acid) = 1.91%, w (phytol alcohol) = 1.60%, w (15) Aldehyde =1.39% etc. The novelty of this article’s report has been confirmed by the “Science and Technology Innovation Report” No. (2008) 53b2001499 issued by the Yunnan Institute of Scientific and Technical Information on December 19, 2008.
