本文对90例恶性肿瘤脑转移的治疗及预后进行了总结，结果显示：手术＋放疗＋化疗，手术＋放疗，放疗＋化疗的中位生存期分别为10．5个月、9．7个月及8个月，1年生存率分别为40％、40％及30．43％，显著优于单纯手术组，单纯放疗组及单纯化疗组（P＜0．05）。卡氏评分≥60分，原发灶控制、仅有颅内转移的患者预后较好。作者认为在恶性肿瘤脑转移治疗中，以放疗为主的综合治疗是一种比较合理的治疗方法，对延长生存期有不同程度的提高。
This article summarizes the treatment and prognosis of brain metastases in 90 cases of malignant tumors. The results showed that the median survival of surgery + radiotherapy + chemotherapy, surgery + radiotherapy, radiotherapy + chemotherapy were 10.5 months and 9.7 months And 8-month, 1-year survival rates were 40%, 40% and 30.43%, respectively, which were significantly better than that of surgery group, radiotherapy alone group and chemotherapy alone group (P <0.05).
