目的：研究转化生长因子β1（transforminggrowthfactorβ1，TGFβ1）对胃癌细胞Bcl-2表达的影响．方法：TGFβ1作用于人胃癌细胞SGC－7901，48h后收集细胞爬片．用抗Bcl－2mAb和免疫组织化学SABC法及图像分析技术分析Bcl－2．结果：TGFβ1作用的胃腺癌细胞Bcl－2表达量A值122．624±0．385，较对照组细胞108．925±0．094下降显著（P＜0．05）．结论：TGFβ1对胃癌细胞的凋亡诱导作用可能与其影响Bcl－2表达有关．
Objective: To investigate the effect of transforming growth factor β1 (TGFβ1) on the expression of Bcl-2 in gastric cancer cells. METHODS: TGFβ1 acted on human gastric cancer cells SGC-7901 and cells were collected 48 hours later. Bcl-2 was analyzed by anti-Bcl-2 mAb and immunohistochemical SABC method and image analysis technique. RESULTS: The expression of Bcl-2 in the gastric adenocarcinoma cells treated with TGFβ1 was 122.624±0.385, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (108.925±0.094) (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The apoptosis-inducing effect of TGFβ1 on gastric cancer cells may be related to its effect on Bcl-2 expression.
