1998年3月至1999年5月,在实验室内用抗凝血剂敌鼠钠对孕褐家鼠(Rattusnorvegicus)进行了胚胎毒性试验,并在金华种猪场设立试验区和对照区各1个,1998年4月于试验区内投放w(溴敌隆)=0.0025%的溴敌隆苹果毒饵1周,每月在试验区和对照区用夹夜法测定小型兽类的种类组成和数量变动.结果表明,敌鼠钠对孕褐家鼠有致流产作用;试验区褐家鼠的密度在投药前与对照区相差不大,投药后各月的褐家鼠密度均大大低于对照区.说明低浓度抗凝血剂由于具有抑制繁殖的作用,在控制害鼠密度方面具有显著的效果.
