利用紫云英(AstragalussinicusL.)种子浸提物诱导紫云英根瘤菌(Rhizobiumhuakuii)野生型菌株7653R产生结瘤因子(NodRh)。根毛卷曲试验表明,NodRh能诱导产生各种形式的根毛变形、卷曲和分枝,并且能诱导形成典型的“牧羊拐”状卷曲,与菌体正常侵染所引起的变化相同。同时发现,相对较高浓度的结瘤因子NodRh能抑制根的生长,形成粗短根。在制备紫云英根瘤菌接种剂的过程中,利用种子浸提物诱导产生结瘤因子,能显著提高根瘤菌的侵染结瘤能力。
The nodulation factor (NodRh) was induced using the Rhizobium huakuii wild-type strain 7653R by using Astragalussinicus L. seed extract. Root hair curl test showed that NodRh can induce various forms of root hair deformation, curling and branching, and can induce the formation of a typical “Shepherd’s Shove” curly hair, the same changes caused by normal bacterial infection. At the same time, it was found that NodRh, a relatively high concentration of nodulation factor, inhibited root growth and formed stubby roots. In the preparation of the milk vetch rhizobia inoculation process, the use of seed extract induced nodulation factor, can significantly improve the ability of nodule infection nodulation.
