在我国,农民工是一个庞大而又特殊的社会群体。受城乡二元经济体制的影响,相对于传统产业工人,农民工群体地位弱势,合法权益难以得到保障。本文认为,工会可以在保护农民工合法权益问题上克服不利因素,改变传统维权方式,发挥积极作用,逐步完善适合农民工群体的工会维权机制和服务体系。 In our country, migrant workers are a large and special social group. Affected by the dual economic system of urban and rural areas, the legitimate rights and interests of the workers in the traditional industries and the migrant workers’ status are hard to be protected. This paper argues that trade unions can overcome unfavorable factors in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers, change the traditional way of safeguarding their rights, and play an active role in gradually improving the trade union rights protection mechanism and service system suitable for migrant workers groups.
