针对已有引水规则的引水效率有待进一步提高的问题,本文提出了一种引水规则的有效改进型式,以及改进规则下受水水库引水量的确定方法.该改进规则同时考虑了调水水库和受水水库的蓄水状态,并且在受水水库采用双引水控制线型式(引水控制线上限和下限).若调水水库可调水,当受水水库蓄水状态处于引水控制线下限之下,即缺水量较大时,满引;当受水水库蓄水状态处于引水控制线上下限之间,即缺水量较小时,引水量为满引与不引之间的线性插值;若受水水库蓄水状态处于引水控制线上限之上,即无缺水时,不引水.最后以辽宁省水资源联合调度北线工程为背景,采用多核并行PSO算法求解基于该改进引水规则的跨流域水库群联合优化调度模型.结果表明该改进引水规则在保证供水的情况下,提高了(特别是丰、平水年的)引水效率,减少了引“弃水”的情况.

If the diversion reservoir is adjustable in water level, when the water reservoir is under the lower limit of diversion control line, That is, when the water shortage is large, it will be full; when the reservoir water storage state is between the upper and lower limits of the diversion control line, that is, when the water deficit is small, the water diversion is a linear interpolation between full lead and non- lead; The water storage state of water reservoir is above the upper limit of diversion control line, that is, no water shortage and no water diversion.Finally, based on the Liaoning Province Water Resources Joint Control Northern Line Project, the multi-core parallel PSO algorithm is used to solve the inter-basin reservoir based on the improved diversion regulation The results show that the improved water diversion regulation can improve the water diversion efficiency (especially Feng and Ping water years) and reduce the diverting water under the guarantee of water supply.
