本文以权变理论为基础,以新疆民营企业为研究对象,研究组织公正与工作满意度之间关系,根据117个企业的有效问卷,研究发现:组织公正感由分配公正、程序公正、互动公正三个维度构成,工作满意度由外在满意度和内在满意二个维度构成;分配公正与程序公正呈正相关;程序公正、分配公正和互动公正同工作满意度呈正相关;在民营企业特定环境下,分配公正较之程序公正、互动公正同员工工作满意度具有较高的相关性,因此,民营企业如能处理好组织公正与工作满意度之间关系可提高民营企业在经济发展中的贡献度。
Based on Contingency Theory and private enterprise in Xinjiang, this paper studies the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction. According to the effective questionnaires of 117 enterprises, the study finds that the sense of organizational justice consists of fair distribution, procedural fairness, and fairness of interaction The dimensions of job satisfaction and job satisfaction are composed of two dimensions of external satisfaction and internal satisfaction; the fairness of distribution is positively related to procedural fairness; the procedural fairness, fair distribution and fairness of justice are positively correlated with job satisfaction; under the specific environment of private enterprise, The fairness of distributive justice is higher than that of procedural fairness and fairness of interaction with the job satisfaction of employees. Therefore, the relationship between fairness and job satisfaction of private enterprises can improve the contribution of private enterprises in economic development.
