目的:探讨预成纤维桩在口腔修复中的作用。方法:选取2010年2月-2011年2月我院收治的口腔修复患者75例作为研究对象,将其临床资料进行回顾性的分析,对预成纤维桩在口腔修复中的应用进行分析。结果:本组75例患者共102颗患牙,采用预成纤维桩进行口腔修复后,经过6个月-1年的随诊观察,修复成功96颗,失败6颗,成功率为94.1%。修复失败的6颗牙均为前牙,其中,可修复性5例,不可修复性1例。修复失败的原因为:松动2例,牙龈炎1例,脱落1例,桩断裂1例,根折1例。结论:预成纤维桩作为一种新材料,在口腔修复中得到了广泛的应用,有效扩展了修复的范畴,值得进一步推广和应用。
Objective: To investigate the role of prefiber piles in oral repair. Methods: From February 2010 to February 2011, 75 cases of oral repair patients admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and the application of prefiber piles in oral rehabilitation was analyzed. Results: A total of 102 teeth were obtained from 75 patients in this group. After preoperatively using prefiber piles to repair the oral cavity, 96 cases were successfully repaired and 6 failed. The success rate was 94.1% after 6 months to 1 year follow-up. The 6 failed teeth were anterior teeth, of which 5 were repairable and 1 could not be repaired. Reasons for failure to repair: loose in 2 cases, gingivitis in 1 case, shedding in 1 case, fracture in 1 case, root fracture in 1 case. Conclusion: As a new material, prefabricated piles have been widely used in oral repair, which effectively expands the scope of rehabilitation and deserves further promotion and application.
