研究丹参移栽后不同生长时期根生物量积累及4种活性成分的动态变化规律,为丹参的规范化栽培提供理论依据。丹参移栽成活后,在不同的生长阶段进行动态取样,测定各时期丹参根部干物质的量及4种活性成分迷迭香酸、丹酚酸B、隐丹参酮及丹参酮ⅡA的量,分析全生育期内丹参根生物量及4种活性成分的积累规律,并探讨各成分单株总量及丹酚酸B与隐丹参酮、丹参酮IIA量比值的变化规律。结果表明:在整个生育期内,丹参根部干物质积累呈“慢-快-慢-快”的变化趋势,折干率呈“M”形变化;相同类别活性成分具有较相似的变化规律,各成分量的最大值多出现在根部营养生长初期,而在传统采收期—枯黄期,4种活性成分的量均有不同程度的降低;丹酚酸B与隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA量的比值在8月初便趋于稳定,并一直持续至翌年展叶期;4种活性成分的总量,在整个生育期内具有相似的变化规律,在枯黄期均有所降低,翌年返青时又逐渐升高。明确了不同生长时期丹参根生物量及4种活性成分的积累规律,综合考虑丹参药材产量及活性成分含量,丹参的采收宜在春季萌芽前进行。
