本文观察30%体表面积(TBSA)Ⅲ度烫伤对大鼠骨骼肌细胞膜胰岛素受体结合活性和离体比目鱼肌2-脱氧葡萄糖摄取和胰岛素的影响。结果表明,伤后大鼠骨骼肌胰岛素受体最大结合率变化不明显,但受体结合容量明显减少。离体比目鱼肌对2-脱氧葡萄糖基础摄取无明显改变,但胰岛素刺激效应明显降低。提示重度烧伤大鼠由于损伤及未损伤肌肉组织对胰岛素刺激的反应性降低而出现胰岛素抵抗,它可能与胰岛素受体减少有关。
In this paper, the effects of 30% body surface area (TBSA) degree Ⅲ scald on the insulin receptor binding activity of skeletal muscle cell membrane and the uptake of 2-deoxyglucose and insulin in isolated soleus muscle were observed. The results showed that there was no obvious change in the maximum binding rate of insulin receptor in injured skeletal muscle, but the binding capacity of receptor decreased obviously. In vitro soleus muscle did not change the basal 2-deoxyglucose uptake, but the insulin stimulating effect was significantly reduced. It is suggested that insulin resistance occurs in severely burned rats due to the decreased responsiveness of insulin to muscle injury and injury, which may be related to the decrease of insulin receptor.
