一、工程概况某车库楼1层为车库,2层为宿舍,砖混结构,梁、柱和1层顶板为现浇钢筋混凝土,2层顶板为预制空心板,外墙承重,内墙为加气混凝土砌块,毛石基础及柱下钢筋混凝土单独基础。该楼开始使用时,梁及现浇楼板即出现裂缝。以后变形、裂缝日趋严重。图1为1层顶板结构布置,现浇板四周支座处板的上部普遍发生沿梁长度方向的裂缝,板的跨中挠度达5.5cm,为板跨的1/82。人在板上活

Project Overview A garage building has 1 storey for garage, 2 storeys for dormitories, brick-concrete structure, beams, columns and 1 floor for in-situ reinforced concrete, 2 storeys for prefabricated hollow slabs, load-bearing walls, and interior walls for reinforcement. Air-concrete block, rubble foundation and under-column reinforced concrete alone foundation. When the building began to use, there were cracks in the beams and cast-in-place floor slabs. Later, deformation and cracks have become increasingly serious. Fig. 1 shows the layout of the roof structure of the first floor. Cracks along the length of the beam generally occur in the upper part of the slabs around the cast-in-place slab. The mid-span deflection of the slab is 5.5 cm, which is 1/82 of the slab span.
