几年来Y08X_t深冲薄板的生产实践证明,生产工艺可行,机械性能、工艺性能稳定,用户使用满意。经上海第二汽车底盘厂、上海汽车钢圈制造厂冲制SH130型2吨货车刹车底板和SH760A轿车轮辐的工艺试验,刹车底板由原来冲损率30%变为无材质废品。轿车轮辐经长春第一汽车制造厂T303台架试验,疲劳寿命达34.5~43.5万次,接近国外进口同类产品水平。文章介绍了稀土合金的钢包吹氩插入法的特点。并应用金相,扫描电镜、图象仪等手段以及不同温度的冲击韧性值、n值和r值,对稀土元素提高Y08X_t钢的深冲性能、各向异性作了初步探讨。
Over the past few years Y08X_t deep-drawn sheet production practice has proved that the production process feasible, mechanical properties, process performance and stability, user satisfaction. After Shanghai No.2 Automobile Chassis Factory and Shanghai Automotive Rim Factory punched SH130 2-ton truck brake plate and SH760A car spoke, the brake plate changed from 30% of the original loss rate to no material waste. Car spoke by Changchun first automobile factory T303 bench test, the fatigue life of 34.5 to 43.5 million times, close to the level of foreign imports of similar products. The article introduces the characteristics of ladle argon injection method of rare earth alloy. The metallographic, scanning electron microscopy, imager and other means as well as the impact toughness values, n values and r values at different temperatures were used to investigate the deep-drawn properties and anisotropy of rare earth elements for Y08X_t steel.
