目的:优选茶梗中茶氨酸的提取工艺。方法:以茶氨酸为指标,HPLC测定茶氨酸含量,选择提取溶剂、料液比、提取温度、提取次数和提取时间为考察因素,用单因素试验确定因素水平;以料液比、提取温度、提取时间为考察因素,采用正交试验优选提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为20倍量水于80℃提取1 h。结论:该优选工艺稳定、可控、提取率高。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of theanine in tea stems. Methods: Theanine was used as an index to determine the theanine content by HPLC. The extraction solvent, the ratio of solid to liquid, the extraction temperature, the extraction times and the extraction time were selected as the investigation factors. The single factor test was used to determine the level of theanine. Temperature, extraction time for the investigation factors, the use of orthogonal extraction process optimization. Results: The optimum extraction process was 20 times the amount of water extracted at 80 ℃ for 1 h. Conclusion: The optimal process is stable, controllable and the extraction rate is high.
