全员承包可消除承包人与其他职工的矛盾全员承包制的特点是,企业的经营风险由承包人与企业全体职工共同承担,而不是由承包人一人承担。我公司修配厂于1987年实行全员承包,由于全厂职工以主人翁的姿态投入“双增双节”运动,开展劳动竞赛,取得了显著的效益。全厂实现利润比承包协议规定的指标增加57%,职工人平奖金982元,比承包协议增加49%。全员承包责任制能解决承包人与企业职工的矛盾,使全广每个职工的利益都与企业的整体利益和承包人的利益联系在一起,防止实行其他承包形式可能出现的各自顾各自的现象。(浙江外事旅游汽车公司石正杰)
