针对极限压延中的板形问题,本文探讨了箔带轧制中,轧辊压力调节系统的功、能与特性。并从箔带轧制的弹性变形协调关系出发,建立了恒压轧制力学模式,导出了变形协调方程。理沦分析与试验表明,恒压系统更能获得箔带的平直板形,并具有保持板形稳定的良好条件,从而克服了传统的机械压下装置的局限性。本文结论与试验数据,已应用于国内几台铝箔轧机的改造,同样亦适用于新铝箔轧机的设计。
In view of the plate shape in the ultimate calendering, this article discusses the work, energy and characteristics of the roll pressure regulating system in foil strip rolling. Based on the coordinated relationship between elastic deformation of foil rolling and rolling, the mechanical model of constant pressure rolling was established and the deformation coordination equation was derived. Theoretical analysis and tests show that the constant pressure system can obtain the flat shape of the foil strip more and has the good condition of keeping the shape of the plate stable so as to overcome the limitation of the traditional mechanical pressing device. The conclusions and experimental data in this paper have been applied to the reconstruction of several domestic aluminum foil mills and the same applies to the design of new aluminum foil mills.
