利用Fluent软件对气升式内环流反应器做三维全尺寸的数值模拟,用欧拉多相流模型和标准k-ε模型模拟反应器内气液两相流动,获得反应器内流场的详细分布。研究不同表观气速中分布器开孔大小对反应器内流场的影响。结果表明,在低气速中分布器的开孔大小对平均气含率和环流液速有显著的影响,小孔优于大孔,有利于反应,而在高表观气速中分布器开孔大小对反应器内流场的影响不大。数值模拟结果与实验值吻合较好。
The three-dimensional full-scale numerical simulation of gas-lift internal loop reactor was carried out by Fluent software. The gas-liquid two-phase flow in the reactor was simulated by Euler multiphase flow model and standard k-ε model to obtain the detailed flow field in the reactor distributed. The influence of the pore size of the distributor on the flow field in the reactor at different superficial gas velocities was studied. The results show that the pore size of the distributor has a significant effect on the average gas holdup and the circulating fluid velocity at low gas velocities. The small pores are better than the large pores, which is good for the reaction. However, at high apparent gas velocity, The pore size has little effect on the flow field in the reactor. The numerical simulation is in good agreement with the experimental data.
