[目的]以藏柏、樟树、滇青冈为试材,研究不同非寄主植物对云南切梢小蠹嗅觉行为的影响。[方法]将云南松针与藏柏、樟树、滇青冈等非寄主植物叶片配成0g:6g,1g:5g,2g:4g,3g:3g,4g:2g,5g:1g,6g:0g7种比例置于“Y”型嗅觉仪反应臂中作为气味源,对照臂为空白,观察云南切梢小蠹的嗅觉反应。[结果]当非寄主在混合叶片中的比例较小时,非寄主对云南切梢小蠹的嗅觉行为影响较小。随着非寄主叶片所占比例的逐渐增大,叶片混合物对云南切梢小蠹的引诱率越来越小。云南松针与非寄主叶片以4g:2g,5g:1g2种比例混合时,与混合叶片中全为云南松针(云南松针与非寄主叶片比例6g:0g)相比,其对云南切梢小蠹引诱率相差较小,最大相差14%。当云南松针与非寄主叶片以1g:5g,2g:4g2种比例混合时,与混合叶片中全为云南松针相比,对云南切梢小蠹的引诱率下降,下降最大值为40%。[结论]研究结果可为混交林营造中混交比例的确定、云南切梢小蠹植物源引诱剂和驱避剂的开发提供借鉴。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different non-host plants on the olfactory behaviors of Pinctada funeralis, Cinnamomum camphoe and Cyclobalanopsis glauca. [Method] The leaves of non-host plants such as Pinus yunnanensis, Cinnamomum camphora, Cinnamomum camphora and Cyclobalanopsis glauca were dubbed 7 kinds of 0g: 6g, 1g: 5g, 2g: 4g, 3g: 3g, 4g: 2g, Placed in the “Y” type olfactometer reaction arm as a source of odor, the control arm is blank, observe the sniffing response of Pinus yunnanensis. [Result] When the proportion of non-host in mixed leaves was smaller, the non-host had less effect on the olfactory behavior of Pinus yunnanensis. With the increasing proportion of non-host leaves, the enticement rate of leaf mixture to Pinus yunnanensis was smaller and smaller. When the pine needles and non-host leaves of Yunnan were mixed at the ratio of 4g: 2g and 5g: 1g, compared with the whole Yunnan pine needles (Yunnan pine needle and non-host leaf ratio 6g: 0g) The rate difference is smaller, the maximum difference of 14%. When the pine needles and non-host leaves in Yunnan were mixed at the ratio of 1g: 5g and 2g: 4g, the rate of luring to the Pinus yunnanei decreased compared with that of the Yunnan pine needles, and the maximum value of drop was 40%. [Conclusion] The results could provide reference for the establishment of mixed proportion of mixed forest, exploitation of Phyllostachys yunnanensis plant source attractant and repellent.
