所谓视听法的失败,实质上是一种教学法的失败。单靠图象作强心针是不能拯救垂死的教学法的。相反可以说,视听法使旧教学恢复了青春,免于寿终正寝,有些人还认为这是旧教学一个胜利的新起点。视听法应该用自己丰富的外部手段给那些失败的实践以生命。所以无论如何不能把视听法的不足之处作为恢复传统方法的论据。恰恰相反,我们要全面改革作为外国语的法语的教学方法:在这次全面改革中,视听法应该走一条新路线。
The so-called failure of audio-visual method is essentially a failure of pedagogy. Consolidation alone can not save dying pedagogy. On the contrary, it can be said that the audio-visual method has helped to rejuvenate the old teaching and to avoid the end of life. Some people think this is a new starting point for the victory of the old teaching. Audiovisual methods should use their rich external means to give life to those failed practices. In any event, the inadequacies of audiovisual methods can not be used as arguments for the restoration of traditional methods. On the contrary, we must comprehensively reform the teaching of French as a foreign language: in this comprehensive reform, audio-visual law should take a new course.
