拉动内需,被称为我国经济发展的三驾马车之一。在目前全球经济危机情况下,我国出台了4万亿的内需振兴政策,加大政府支出和转移支付力度。文化管理部门针对当前文化消费不强的状况,也宣布将发放文化消费券,用于拉动文化需求。但是,文化需求的拉动,最根本的、也是长期的措施,应该是加强文化产品的供给,丰富文化产品体系。电影作为兼具传媒特性的文化产品,在文化领域有最强的生存危机意识,也是率先进行产业化改革的文化行业之一,应着重于发展电影产品供给,提高供给能力,生产出大众喜闻乐见的电影产品,以此引导内需、挖掘内需、拉动内需。

As a culture product with media characteristics, film has the strongest sense of survival crisis in the field of culture. It is also one of the cultural industries that took the lead in industrialization reform. Film should focus on developing the supply of film products, enhancing the supply capacity, and producing the masses’ Film products, in order to guide domestic demand, tap domestic demand, stimulating domestic demand.
