为分析约旦次临界装置是否具有承受静载荷的能力,并为综合应力评定提供数据,在设计输入的结构、载荷和规范要求的条件下,使用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行静力分析。装置属于大尺寸复杂结构,采用三维实体模型时,由于计算量大,现有台式机无法完成计算。考虑到容器多为薄壳结构,计算模型(图1)主要采用8节点三维壳单元SHELL93,少数导管采用管单元pipe16,从而合理有效地简化了计算模型。静水压力的施加采用了保守方法。
To analyze whether Jordan subcritical devices have the ability to withstand static loads and provide data for comprehensive stress assessment, the static analysis is performed using the finite element analysis software ANSYS under the design input structure, load and specification requirements. The device belongs to a large-size complex structure. When the 3D solid model is adopted, the existing desktop computer can not complete the calculation due to the large amount of calculation. Taking into account the container is mostly thin shell structure, the calculation model (Figure 1) mainly uses 8-node three-dimensional shell element SHELL93, a small number of pipe pipe16 pipe unit, so as to reasonably effectively simplify the calculation model. Hydrostatic pressure is applied conservatively.
