蛇床子系蛇床(Cnidium monnieri)的干燥的成熟果实,是用于治疗阳萎和畏寒的中药。从该生药中已得到香豆素类和色酮类。本研究分离得到三种新的苯并呋喃类[cnidiosides A(1),B(2)和蛇床醇(cnidiol b)(3)]及二种新的单萜衍生物cnidioside C(4)和蛇床醇Cnidiol C(5),同时分离到对香豆酸(P-coumaric acid)和奥斯索(osthol)。本研究对这5种新化合物(1～5)进行了结构鉴定。
Cnidium monnieri is a dried ripe fruit that is used to treat impotence and chills. Coumarins and chromones have been obtained from the crude drug. In this study, three new benzofurans [cnidiosides A(1), B(2) and cnidiol b(3)] and two new monoterpene derivatives cnidioside C(4) were isolated and Cnidiol C(5), P-coumaric acid and osthol were isolated at the same time. In this study, the structures of these five new compounds (1 to 5) were identified.
