采用听生理方法和组化方法动态观察了豚鼠爆震后暂时性阈移与耳蜗琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)的变化。结果提示:耳爆震伤听力损失小于40dB者均为可逆性的(即暂时性阈移),分析与耳蜗内SDH、MDH活性下降有关。其酶活性下降和听力损失是可逆的。认为听力损失如不超过40dB,可避免人员的永久性听力损失。
The transient threshold shift and the changes of cochlea succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and malate dehydrogenase (MDH) in guinea pigs were observed dynamically by listening and histochemical methods. The results suggest that the hearing loss of the blast detonation injury is less than 40 dB, which is reversible (ie temporary threshold shift). The analysis is related to the decrease of SDH and MDH activity in the cochlea. Decreased enzymatic activity and hearing loss are reversible. If the hearing loss is less than 40dB, permanent hearing loss can be avoided.
