一个“待岗”版面的诞生 《就业之友》是1997年2月开始酝酿策划的。当时新民晚报每天出24个版,由于广告形势好,每周要增加几个广告版。但满版广告不受客户欢迎,因而报社编委会希望各部门能策划一些专版,属于“蓝印户口”,与广告增版一起推出。 一个不可忽视的现实摆在面前:上海自九十年代进行产业结构大调整以来,已有100多万人次离开原来的工作岗位。由于结构调整与实现再就业工程齐头并进,上海地方国有工业企业的职工,总量已经从九十年代初的156万下降到90万,净减员66万人。在社会各方支持下,以再就业服务中心为重点的再就业工程继续得到拓展与深化。帮助下岗人员再就业,为下岗人员提供再就业的信息,成为社会热点。办一个新的专版,就应该抓住社会热点,搭准读者脉搏,才会产生版面的社会效应。于是,1997年3月28日,在新民晚报的第25版上,《就业之友》第一期试刊亮相了。

Owing to structural adjustment and the realization of reemployment projects, the total number of workers in local state-owned industrial enterprises in Shanghai has dropped from 1.56 million in the early nineties to 900,000 and the net reduction of 660,000. With the support of all sectors of society, the reemployment project that focuses on reemployment service centers continues to be expanded and deepened. Help laid-off workers find new jobs and provide re-employment information for laid-off workers, making them social hot spots. To do a new special edition, it should seize the social hot spots, ride the pulse of readers, will have a social effect of layout. Thus, on March 28, 1997, in the 25th edition of the Xinmin Evening News, the first issue of the “Friends of Employment” appeared unveiled.
