食品专业英语作为高等学校食品工程专业研究生的一门专业基础课越来越显示出它的重要性和实用性。笔者探索将CBE教学模式应用于研究生《专业英语》课程的改革与实践,通过教学模块设定、实施、考核及评价等几个方面的教学改革,改变传统以授课为主的单向教学模式,建立以能力培养为中心的教学模式。旨在提高学生领用专业英语获取专业知识和进行交际交流的综合能力,增强社会竞争能力,为素质型和创新性新世纪人才的培养提供一个理想的教学环境和成长平台。
