根据生物免疫系统的基本概念和免疫应答机理 ,构造了一种融生物免疫机理和专家系统为一体的生产调度模型 ,提出了基于工序约束的抗体优生方法和基于机床作业序列的抗体编码规则。介绍了基于生物免疫机理的智能生产调度关键算法 ,给出了作业车间生产调度案例及其多目标动态优化结果。通过生物免疫记忆、激增和抑制机理 ,基于工序约束的种子抗体优选方法和抗体进化约束性检验专家系统 ,有效地解决了大规模、多因素、多目标生产调度问题的求解效率和成功率。
According to the basic concept of immune system and the mechanism of immune response, a production scheduling model integrating immune mechanism and expert system was constructed. Antibody eugenics method based on process constraints and antibody coding rules based on machine operating sequence were proposed. The key algorithms of intelligent production scheduling based on biological immune mechanism are introduced. The case of production workshop scheduling and its multi-objective dynamic optimization results are given. Through bioimmune memory, surge and suppression mechanisms, the preferred method of seed antibody based on process constraints and the expert system of antibody evolutionary binding test, the efficiency and success rate of solving large-scale, multi-factorial and multi-objective production scheduling problems are effectively solved.
