小口径金刚石钻探使用的钻杆,是一种高速回转的构件,其主要功能是把扭矩和钻压传送给孔底工作的钻头,用时把冲洗液输入孔底.由于钻柱细长比很大,而地层往往又是复杂多变的,钻杆的工作条件有时十分恶劣.人们认为,在一般工程使用的构件中,地质钻杆是受力最复杂、工作条件最恶劣的构件之一.因此各国钻探界及有关制造厂家,都很重视钻杆的研究,以期不断提高其耐用性和可靠性.近十年来,国内有关部门对地质管也作了不少的研究工作,取得了相当大的进展.本文拟就我国地质钻杆性能、结构谈一点个人认识,并对地质钻杆今后发展趋向进行初步探讨.
