选煤厂为了保证精煤的质量,就必须对生产过程的质量进行严格的控制,因为只有生产过程稳定,才可能生产出合乎用户要求的高质量的产品.为此,有必要利用统计过程控制(SPC)方法来控制生产过程.本文探讨了控制图的原理、控制图类型的选取、控制图上下限以及控制图判断准则的确定等问题,并结合某一实施CIMS工程的选煤厂给出了洗选工序统计过程控制的具体应用,最后给出了SPC系统应用的效果分析,指出了在选煤厂应用统计过程控制的必要性
Coal preparation plant in order to ensure the quality of coal, we must strictly control the quality of the production process, because only stable production process, it is possible to produce in line with user requirements of high-quality products.
