选煤厂为了保证精煤的质量，就必须对生产过程的质量进行严格的控制，因为只有生产过程稳定，才可能生产出合乎用户要求的高质量的产品．为此，有必要利用统计过程控制（ＳＰＣ）方法来控制生产过程．本文探讨了控制图的原理、控制图类型的选取、控制图上下限以及控制图判断准则的确定等问题，并结合某一实施ＣＩＭＳ工程的选煤厂给出了洗选工序统计过程控制的具体应用，最后给出了ＳＰＣ系统应用的效果分析，指出了在选煤厂应用统计过程控制的必要性
