目的:建立祛喘胶囊中对木兰脂素、欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的HPLC测定方法。方法:采用日本资生堂CAPCELL PAK C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长在0~25 min为278 nm,25~70 min为248 nm,进样量为10μl。结果:木兰脂素在6.126~55.134μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为101.5%,RSD为1.4%;欧前胡素在9.862~88.758μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.2%;异欧前胡素在4.830~43.470μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为1.7%。结论:本法操作简便、结果准确,可用于祛喘胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC method for the determination of magnolin, imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Quchuan capsule. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water as mobile phase with a gradient of 150 mm × 4.6 mm and 5 μm on a Shiseido CAPCELL PAK C18 column at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1 at a column temperature of 1.0 ml · min-1. The detection wavelength 0 ~ 25 min 278 nm, 25 ~ 70 min 248 nm, injection volume 10μl. Results: Magnolipide showed a good linearity (r = 0.999 7) in the range of 6.126-55.134μg · ml-1 with an average recovery of 101.5% and a RSD of 1.4%. Imperatorin was in the range of 9.862-88.758μg · ml- (R = 0.999 8), with an average recovery of 99.6% and a RSD of 1.2%. Isoimperatorin showed a good linearity in the range of 4.830 ~ 43.470 μg · ml-1 (r = 0.999 8) , The average recovery was 100.2%, RSD was 1.7%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Quchuan capsules.
