以“广陆矮4号”、 “红突31”及其杂种F_1代为试材。在开花盛期同步授粉后3—36小时内,每隔3小时用60Co-γ射线照射植株。其结果是:授粉后3—6小时辐照叶绿素突变频率最高;授粉后6小时的合子对辐射最为敏感;授粉后12—15小时辐照不育突变率最高;授粉后12小时至21小时照射的矮秆突变率最高;授粉后18小时和27—30小时的早熟突变体频率最高,杂种一代比双亲对γ辐射更为敏感。
Taking “Guangluaai 4”, “Hongzhu 31” and their F1 hybrids as tested materials. Plants were irradiated with 60 Co-gamma radiation every 3 hours within 3-36 hours after the synchronized pollination in flowering stage. The results showed that the frequency of chlorophyll mutation was the highest at 3-6 hours after pollination; the zygote was most sensitive at 6 hours after pollination; the mutation rate was the highest at 12-15 hours after pollination; and 12-12 hours after pollination The dwarf mutant had the highest frequency of mutation. The frequency of early mutants was the highest at 18 hours and 27-30 hours after pollination, and the hybrid generation was more sensitive to gamma irradiation than the parents.
