目的:考察复方链呋油滴鼻剂透膜扩散效果。方法:采用改良型Franz扩散池(垂直式),接收液为pH 5.0的磷酸盐缓冲液,用HPLC法同时测定呋喃西林、麻黄碱的透膜浓度,计算其累积透膜量、累积透膜率和单位面积平均透膜率。结果:呋喃西林和麻黄碱透过速度分别为0.994 8、11.875 0μg·cm~(-2)·h~(-1),其透膜扩散行为符合Fick’s第一定律。结论:复方链呋油滴鼻剂有较好的透膜扩散能力。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Fufangfufu nasal drops on membrane diffusion. Methods: The modified Franz diffusion cell (vertical type) was used, and the receiving solution was pH 5.0 phosphate buffer. The permeation concentration of nitrofurazone and ephedrine was simultaneously determined by HPLC method. The cumulative permeation flux, cumulative permeation rate and Per unit area of the average membrane permeability. Results: The permeation velocities of nitrofurazone and ephedrine were 0.994 8, 11.875 0 μg · cm ~ (-2) · h -1, respectively. The permeation diffusion behaviors of furacillin and ephedrine accorded with Fick’s first law. Conclusion: Fufangfufu oil nasal drops have better ability of permeable membrane diffusion.
