采用自制问卷和暗处观察对我院儿内科21名护士洗手依从性现状进行调查，结果显示我院儿内科护士洗手依从性较差，主要原因是没有认识到洗手的重要性，缺乏职业防护意识，应加强手卫生知识的宣传教育，使我院儿内科护士充分认识到洗手的重要性，并付诸于行动。
Using self-made questionnaire and shadow observation, we investigated the compliance status of hand hygiene of 21 nurses in our hospital. The results showed that the poor compliance of internal nurses in hand washing was mainly due to the lack of awareness of the importance of hand washing and the lack of awareness of occupational protection , Publicity and education of hand hygiene knowledge should be strengthened so that pediatric nurses in our hospital fully realize the importance of hand washing and put it into action.
