本文建立了生物样品和地面水中甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯的气相色谱测定法。该法主要的色谱条件如下:固定相2%OV_(17),玻璃填充柱,3m长,内径3mm。柱温150℃,气化室温度190℃,载气N_2流速40ml/min,H_2流量入口压0.8kg/cm~2,空气入口压2.0kg/cm~2。最小检出绝对量5×10~(-9)g。变异系数在10%以下。甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯浓度在0~80.0μg/ml范围内呈线性关系。
In this paper, a gas chromatographic method for the determination of glycidyl methacrylate in biological samples and surface waters was established. The main chromatographic conditions of the method are as follows: 2% OV_ (17) of stationary phase, glass packed column, 3m long, inner diameter 3mm. The column temperature was 150 ℃, the gasification chamber temperature was 190 ℃, the carrier gas N_2 flow rate was 40ml / min, the inlet pressure of H_2 flow was 0.8kg / cm ~ 2 and the air inlet pressure was 2.0kg / cm ~ 2. The minimum detectable absolute amount of 5 × 10 ~ (-9) g. The coefficient of variation is below 10%. The concentration of glycidyl methacrylate in the range of 0 ~ 80.0μg / ml showed a linear relationship.
