目前用于诊断肿瘤的化学显影剂中,重要的类型之一就是和肿瘤有关的放射性化合物,如75Se-甲硫氨酸、13N-谷氨酸,99mTC-谷氨酸等。我们合成了能与99mTc螯合的配位体——单氨三乙酰L-甲硫氨酸。肿瘤组织一般有很高的蛋白质和核酸代谢活性,氨基酸作为代谢物的前体之一,对肿瘤具有亲合性。将L-甲硫氨酸进行酰化,目的是通过酰胺键连接上易与99mTc螯合的基因,致使此化合物既保持氨基酸的性质,又具有与99mTc易于标记的特性。据报道已用99mTc标记单氨三
One of the important types of chemical developers currently used to diagnose tumors is tumor related radioactive compounds such as 75Se-methionine, 13N-glutamic acid, 99mTC-glutamic acid and the like. We synthesized L-methionine, mono-triacetyl-L-methionine, that can chelate 99mTc. Tumor tissues generally have high protein and nucleic acid metabolic activity. Amino acids, as precursors to metabolites, have an affinity for tumors.
