本文通过调研河北省内高职院校召开的校内双选会、走访用人单位,对五年内高职院校的毕业生采取问卷调研方式,对目前高职院校毕业生的就业情况进行剖析,以及用人单位对高职院校毕业生的就业素质需求,提出“素质本位”的高职教育发展观,并且就高职院校为适应现代社会发展的需要,在高职教育课程建构和高职院校管理和就业服务等方面如何有效开展做出阐述。
This article investigates the double election within the school held by higher vocational colleges in Hebei province and visits the employing units to survey the graduates of the higher vocational colleges in five years by means of questionnaire and survey, As well as the employer’s demand for the employment quality of graduates of higher vocational colleges, puts forward the concept of higher vocational education of “quality standard ”, and in order to meet the needs of higher vocational colleges in the development of modern society, Vocational colleges management and employment services, how to effectively carry out the elaboration.
