针对目前水源水质恶化日益严重和人们对水质的要求逐渐提高,供水企业对处理工艺流程的选择也提出了更高要求。采用层次分析法建立了一套4层9指标3方案的技术评价体系,从处理效果、经济效益、运行管理3个方面,对长桥水厂、南市水厂一期和徐泾水厂二期3座水厂进行了分析。依据专家打分以及各指标的权重,对3种不同的处理工艺进行评价。结果表明,9个指标中二甲基异冰片去除率的权重最高,为0.291;南市水厂由于其良好的处理效果,总评分高于其他两座水厂。此外还根据水厂各自的情况,分析了其处理工艺、运行管理、运行成本等的优劣,为供水行业的工艺组合选择提供了有效依据。
In view of the current deterioration of water quality is worsening and people’s requirements for water quality gradually increase, water supply enterprises have also put forward higher requirements on the selection of process flow. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to establish a set of technical evaluation system of 4 layers, 9 indexes and 3 schemes. From the aspects of treatment effects, economic benefits and operation management, Three water plants were analyzed. Based on the expert scoring and the weight of each index, three different treatment processes were evaluated. The results showed that the weight of dimethyl iso-borneol removal rate among the 9 indicators was the highest, which was 0.291. Due to its good treatment effect, Nanshi Water Plant had higher total score than the other two water plants. In addition, according to the respective situation of the water plant, the advantages and disadvantages of its treatment process, operation and management, operation cost and so on are analyzed, which provides an effective basis for the selection of the process combination of the water supply industry.
