本实验主要应用“微粒及平面光能量场自动测定仪”测定以He-Ne激光为光源,照射家兔不同部位组织后,组织周围全方位空间散射光能量场的分布,从而了解光能量场的分布规律、总散射光能量、分区散射光能量及组织的吸收比。结果表明:(1)实验所取不同部位组织,其能能量分布曲线具有相似的规律;(2)激光对不同部位的组织,其散射能量的大小也有差异。
In this experiment, the distribution of the energy field of scattered light in all directions around the tissue after He-Ne laser was used as light source and tissue of different parts of rabbits was determined by “Particle and Plane Optical Energy Field Automatic Determination Instrument” to understand the distribution of light energy field Distribution, energy of total scattered light, energy of scattered light and absorption ratio of tissue. The results show that: (1) The energy distribution curve of different parts of the tissue taken from the experiment has a similar rule; (2) The laser also has different scattering energy in different parts of the tissue.
