护士在职培训中资源的浪费主要包括:各层次重视程度不够高;培训目的不明确;培训计划性系统性差;错误选择参加培训的内容;培训方法选择不当;培训效果缺乏监督和评估等.通过分析培训资源浪费的原因,提出重新认识培训;紧扣医院目标;强化其他人力资源管理活动的支持;选择正确的人参与培训;监控培训结果;利用医院内部的培训资源等对策.从而使护理管理者重新认识培训,制定行之有效的培训计划并有效地实施管理,最终达到培训的效果.“,”The resource waste of nursing on-job training including: not enough attention is paid to the training in each level; the aims are not clear; the system of the training plan is poor; the contents and methods are not correctly chosen; the effectiveness are lack of sufficient inspection and estimation, etc. Try to analysis the causes of waste, rediscover the significance of the on-job training so as to make close attach to the aim of hospital, and reinforce the support from other human resource activities; choose the proper staffs to train, scrutinize the results carefully, and make good use of the training resources of the hospital. Thus the nursing on-job training administrators are made to rediscover the training, and make a feasible plan to bring the maximum effect into practice.
