随着我国社会市场经济的深入,社会文化发展的的多元化,社会利益格局出现新的调整,新的社会阶层和利益群体相应而生,中国从传统的单一的社会阶层结构向多结构化的社会转变,由于各阶层之间的利益需求不同,获益方式有异,形成新的社会矛盾和利益冲突。这对政府的管理模式提出新的要求,必须依靠社会各方主体,整合社会各方面力量,统筹社会各方面利益,运用现有的资源和经验,依据政治、经济和社会的发展事态,创新社会管理模式,运用新的管理理念,调整各类社会利益关系,回应社会诉求,化解社会矛盾,维护社会的公正与稳定。
With the deepening of China’s social market economy and the diversification of social and cultural development, new adjustments have taken place in the pattern of social interest and new social strata and interest groups have emerged. From the traditional single social stratum structure to the multi-structured Social change, due to the different needs of the interests of all sectors of different ways to benefit from the formation of new social conflicts and conflicts of interest.
